At Quality Plastics & Machine, Inc., quality is integrated into the project from day one—not inspected in at the end. Each project begins with a documented quality plan in JobBOSS as well as detailed drawings, or blue prints, of your product, it's specifications and all relevant details. We analyze each order and request and create individualized Standard Operating Procedures which we call SPC, Standard Process Controll, which accompany each project from start to finish.
We operate under an approach called Build Quality In (BQI). With BOI, every operator is an inspector responsible for the quality of work at their station. Building Quality In is better than trying to inspect quality out at the end. Our proceedures ensure your products are continuously inspected throughout the manufacturing process to ensure the parts you recieve are perfectly designed, made, and delivered to you so you can use them for your needs the first time every time.
Job-specific quality plans define how we’ll meet your requirements—what to measure, how to measure it, and when. Production and inspection are aligned before the first part is made. Quality plans specify standards, resources, and the sequence of activities for a given product.
