Vacuum Forming

At Quality Plastics & Machine, Inc, Vacuum forming is our core production process. We heat a rigid thermoplastic sheet, drape it over a tool and draw the material tight.

Drape Forming is our process when you need optically Clear curved parts. We start with flat sheets that's pre-cut, precisely heat to a pliable state, and form it.

From simple hardware install to production assemblies, we support: riveting, standard threaded fasteners, threaded inserts and many more.

Machining

Quality Plastics can machine plastic or metal parts using State of the Art CNC equipment. We can produce prototypes as well as production quantities.
